We know that not all athletes are Division I material. We have built a network of connections with highly respected colleges and universities. We will work to create scholarship opportunities to place your student-athlete at a prestigious institution you may not have initially considered.

Tier One specializes in working with high school student athletes who desire to attend college and play athletics at the collegiate level. We are much more than athletic consultants or college admission coaches. We combine both fields to create a unique service that focuses on providing an overview of the college admission and recruiting process, an assessment of your academic and athletic profile, assistance in developing a universe of colleges that best suit you and assistance in securing admission to these programs.
You're not just a number or a profile with us. At Tier 1 we work with our clients, one-on-one, to develop an individualized, customized program that allows them to express yourself and highlight your skills and talents.
Combining our knowledge and experience with your abilities, we help you develop a "universe" of elite colleges that fit your talents, skills, academic goals and aspirations.
Then we guide you through the recruiting process. We don't put your profile on a site and hope for the best. We specialize in identifying and developing a target marketing program for the student athlete.
As former collegiate athletes and agents, we understand that sports are an important part of many students' lives and we seek to incorporate our programans into the college selection process.
The college admission process can be daunting and the importance of matching the student athlete with the college and athletic program requires the development of a powerful admission and athletic package.
Tier 1's program and methodology is based on engagement, discussion, review and implementation. We integrate our experience with the student athlete’s expectations to develop a solid plan of action.
We realize that not all student athletes are the same. They have different desires, aspirations and talents. By coaching our student athletes “one on one”, we are able to identify and mold a Tier 1 program to highlight these attributes. In this assessment process our advisors identify what the student athlete wants out of the collegiate experience and map a plan that identifies the “best-fit” schools and athletic programs. At the same time, we are able to encourage and enlighten the student athlete so that potential obstacles and pitfalls can be avoided and successes can be highlighted.
Tier 1 will guide the student athlete through the key steps of the college recruiting and college selection process. We provide the expertise you need to make informed decisions without the stress or anxiety associated with the college selection process.
